Here we have collected the most frequently asked questions about our accommodation, bookings and services. Bus from Central Station/To Waterfront Cabins: Bus number 16 from the Nordstan stop, location B. The journey takes only 3 minutes. Get off at the Frihamnsporten bus stop, which is about 400 metres from our site.
Free boat: The Älvsnabben is free to use and travels between the Stenpiren and Lindholmspiren stops Monday to Friday. The Älveli and Älvfrida boats depart every 8 minutes between 07:00 and 16:00. The journey across the Göta River takes only 6 minutes.
Taxi: With Bolt or Uber you can easily get from us to the centre of Gothenburg.
Parking: There is also a large car park at the entrance owned by the City of Gothenburg, the fee is SEK 300 per day.
We work with a local café that delivers breakfast bags to us from 07.00.
You can easily book your breakfast bag by emailing, calling or visiting the reception.

Reception. Our reception is staffed around the clock. You will find us in the courtyard at kv 5, 6/7.
It is possible to rent or buy a sheet and towel set for all types of stays.
The grocery store is located at the entrance to the area. The shop is open 24/7. Here you will find everything from food to snacks.
To receive the key, you need to download the Waterfront Cabins app (you can find it where you download apps). Make sure to register the same phone number in the app as you provided when booking. The app is compatible with both IOS and Android.
Please note that 2 keys are included in your booking, an additional fee of SEK 350 applies for any additional keys / exchange of keys.
Your friends and family are welcome to visit you when you stay with us until 20.00. If you are going to have an overnight guest, please contact the booking department: booking@waterfrontcabins.se
Smoking is not allowed in your room or on the balcony/terrace.
You will be automatically checked out at 11:00 on the day of departure. For everyone’s comfort, please start the dishwasher and leave any key cards on your kitchen table before you leave your studio. If you have any questions, please contact our reception, which is manned 24/7.

Quarter 1: Connect to your studio’s wifi first. Open a browser (e.g. google chrome, safari etc.), enter the login details that are on the inside of your front door.
Block 8:
You will find your code on the cabinet outside the bathroom.
Other blocks: Login details and router name can be found on the back of the router or at your front door.

You can report a fault by scanning your QR code on the inside of your front door. You will also find a link to the fault report in your Waterfront Cabins app.
The area is monitored around the clock with cameras, to give you and other guests the best possible experience on the pier.
