A CLASSIC NEIGHBOURHOOD

Eastern influences in the Ostindia

Ostindia is a broken up and spatially rich neighbourhood with eastern influences. Three linked buildings form an open block structure around a shared courtyard facing south-west. Details of glossy red in combination with a brown-glazed wooden facade and character-creating roofs give the block a strong expression. The tall building at the far end of the pier is entirely in red and will be a new landmark for Frihamnen.

Feng Shui in the Ostindia

Susanna Utbult – Feng Shui expert, author, teacher at Nordic School of Feng Shui

How have we used Feng Shui in the Ostindia neighbourhood?

The Ostindia neighbourhood is well-placed, central and at the same time secluded and close to the positive energy of the water. The brown façade gives a grounding sense of security, while the colour, height and roof shape of the red building give a sense of fiery energy and success. Inside, a calming and harmonious balance is found in all the studios. The book “Feng Shui Flow – creating sustainable interior design” is included as an interior detail with a view to adding the green wood element, as well as informing about feng shui. For some studios there is also a certificate issued that promises a bed placement free of so-called. Curry lines .

With several hundred studios and the Jubilee Park with several options for swimming, the area will be attractive and lively. An obvious place to hang out with proximity to the centre and a good relationship to the water.
